    About the Company

    Required financial planning and analysis manager. The position requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Experience in financial planning and overall financial management activities of at least five years is required. The duties require to be performed are: 1.       Planning, organising, directing, controlling and evaluating the finances of our company and overseeing our accounting and financial departments. 2.       Developing and implementing financial policies and systems relating to our company. 3.       Co-ordinating the preparation of financial statements and analysing cost-benefit factors of our operation and preparing financial management reports. 4.       Carrying out budgeting and financial planning as well as analyse our revenue, input and output and correct estimates of the company. 5.       Evaluating financial and reporting systems including accounting procedures and the investment activities and making recommendations to the directors for changes to the operating system, budget and other financial control functions. 6.       Overseeing the recruitment, organizing, training and management of staff. 7.       Establishing profitably standards of the company. 8.       Reporting to directors concerning any trends that are critical to the organisation’s financial performance. The salary will be dependent on experience and ability. Management experience with a financial institution would be an advantage.
