F/T, Permanent Position. Salary $ 23.00/hr. Seeking a qualified person coordinate with various clients and manage administrative services. Oversee operational activities in the office. Schedule appointments with clients. Maintain office ensuring safety and security of equipment’s and client files. Prepare and administer services including covid safety protocol, parking, arrange meetings and paper trail. Ongoing coordination with clients to obtain documents, payments and set up appointments. Key in information. Prepare and submit reports to management on the outcome of services rendered. Arrange cleaners and work with government agencies to meet their requiremnets

Job requirements / skill sets:
Successful candidate must have completion of secondary school and relevant experience of 1 year to less than 2 years; Knowledge of truck parts and hazardous material is an asset; self-motivated and work well in a team environment.
