Food Service Supervisor

Boston Pizza located at 100 251 Trans Canada Highway in Salmon Arm, BC is looking for a full time permanent Food Service Supervisor $ 16.00/hour – no benefits.

Duties:

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare food order summaries for chef, Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Establish work schedules

Applicants must have completion of high school along with minimum 12 months experience. Must also be able to read and speak English.
