Position: Administrative Assistant, Legal

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Prior experience of 1 year would be an asset

Greet walk-in clients, relay the information and services to be offered including the fees breakup Draft correspondence and Legal forms such as immigration application forms, submission letters etc.,
Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with Immigration officers requirements and grammatical usage, Schedule appointments and manage calendar, Maintain filing systems, utilizing knowledge of legal records and procedures and frequently controlling confidential materials and documents, Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and immigration officers, Follow office procedures and routines, Train other staff in procedures and in the use of current software, Maintain the Bring Forward System for the actionable items, Maintain the work tracker for in-progress, upcoming and completed applications, Prepare and check invoices for payments.
