Position: Operations Manager
Salary: $50 – $60 / hour

Description
F.O.D. has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, you will serve a key role in tying together the organization’s strategy and planning. You will also contribute significantly to strategic planning efforts, defining the long-term strategy for the business, analyzing and making recommendations about expansion opportunities, and investigating strategic partnerships.
Main duties
· Design and operationalize global strategic initiatives aimed at growing our business and providing a seamless customer experience;
· Develop analytical frameworks to support F.O.D. in business decision-making;
· Collaborate with the CEO on five- and ten-year plans for corporate growth and evolution;
· Establish policies that promote company culture and vision;
· Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
· Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.);
· Develop deep expertise in our products and core use cases by performing internal and external research and insights collection to inform product and go-to-market strategy;
· Effectively drive key insights and scale processes across North America; use analytical skills to project, generate, and prioritize business initiatives;
· Use data and analytics to uncover new opportunities to improve internal processes and external touchpoints with restaurants;
· Lead all teams to improve the quality and efficiency of experience on the F.O.D. platform;
· Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth;
· Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication;
· Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics;
· Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
Employment Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree a must
· 5+ years of directly relevant work experience in business operations, consulting, corporate strategy
· Exceptional problem-solving, analytical and spreadsheet modeling skills
· Strong business judgment and strategic thinking rooted in experience
· Capability to validate and explain trends and results compared to outlined success metrics
· Proven stakeholder management skills with diverse mid- and high-level stakeholders
· Highly organized, positive, proactive, and results-oriented
· Strong business acumen, with experience evaluating a line of business and understanding how to drive growth
· Strong organization and project management skills, including ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects and processes simultaneously
· Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience managing meetings and presentations with senior leaders
· Internet industry experience is required
