Front Desk Receptionist – CONDOS PLUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT – London, ON
Condos Plus Property Management Inc. is a full service condominium management company operating in London, Ontario. The company has been managing condominiums exclusively since 1995. The portfolio of Condos Plus consists of a varied mix of condominium properties. Our properties range from high-rise with or without commercial units to townhome residential condominiums covering all sizes and ages.
We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our growing team and are in the process of conducting interviews.
The position of the receptionist includes but is not limited to:
- Opening & closing the office.
- Answering the phone and directing calls to staff.
- Welcoming clients, board of directors and assisting with general inquiries.
- Tracking and distribution of mail.
- Filing as needed.
- Check phone messages every morning and throughout the day.
- Updated the meeting calendar boards.
- Packaging Corporation notices.
- Assisting office staff as needed.
- Extra tasks as required.
- Secondary School Diploma
- Administrative experience (1-2 years)
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Yardi systems an asset but not required
- Attention to detail
- Types 40wpm
