·     Salary: $25.00 / hour plus 4% Vacation pay

·    Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time; 35 to 40 hours /week

·     Start date: As soon as possible

·     Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Attention to detail

Personal Suitability: Organized, Flexibility, Reliability, Excellent oral communication, Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent written communication

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office

Specific Skills: Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
