Jason Wang Insurance Inc. is currently hiring an experienced Administrative Support Services Manager to improve bandwidth, and to increase organizational effectiveness. This position will be responsible for providing professional administrative services to support both insurance and financial investment business quick development.

 

Salary: $35 per hour for 30 hours per week

Position Duties:

Supervise the administrative operations of the Administrative Department to promote excellent service, maximum efficiency and a harmonious working atmosphere.
Manage and oversee the performance of the Administrative support functions. Perform on-going mentoring and development.
Support all departments’ function and development
Establish and implement organizational and departmental policies, goals, and procedures for cohesive operations.
Oversee employment responsibilities such as new hires, payroll, and liaison to department HR representative.
Coach staff to enhance performance and expand skills; provides opportunities for development and ensure that staff receives adequate training.
Supervise and evaluate administrative support personnel. Assigns, coordinates, and establishes performance expectations and work requirements for staff.
Oversee the formulation and preparation of the annual budget. Monitors the long-range budget plan for the current fiscal year and beyond.
Direct and oversee the purchase of office supplies and equipment; negotiate and manage vendor contracts for maintenance of office equipment.
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Administrative, Business, or related field is required

 

Experience and Specific Skills

5+ years of experience in administrative management
Preferably have experience in insurance or financial industry
Strong, ambitious, and inspiring leader with extensive experience managing people
Team player with ability to inspire people by your own enthusiasm and entrepreneurship
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
