Job requirements:

Languages: English

Education: Senior Secondary Education required

Experience: 1 years to less than 2 years

Specific Skills:

·         Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, marking, washing, and ironing clothes.

·         Inspects articles to determine methods of specific cleaning requirements.

·         Inspects finished laundered articles to ensure conformance to standards.

·         Observes operation of machines and equipment to detect possible malfunctions.

·         Investigates and resolves customer complaints of unsatisfactory work or bundle shortage.

·         Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.

·         Work cooperatively with the Manager of Housekeeping & Laundry to direct the operation of the second-shift Laundry department.

·         Manage All aspect of the Laundry Department to ensure quality control of standards and communication of information.

·         Trained, managed, and achieved significant improvements in the productivity of employees in the laundry department.
