Working hours: Full time 40 hours/week
Wage: $18.00 per hour

Vacations: 2 weeks paid vacations will be provided

City/Town: Surrey

Position Start Date: As soon as possible

Position Requirement:

Completion of college program in Early Childhood Education is required.
BC Early Childhood Educator certification (Basic) is required.
Infant-Toddler License required.

Main Duties:

Plan and develop child care programs used in everyday child care settings;
Ensure children’s health and security in the child care centre, and guide them for eating and dressing habits if necessary;
Report children’s ability, problem and improvements feedback to the manager and parents;
Teach children daily habits including toilet, eating and sleeping;
Change children’s diaper, feed them meals and snacks on time;
Leading children during the activities, such as physical education, music, storytelling arts and etc.;
Ensure the hygiene condition of the items including toys, tools and other equipment;
Knowledge of licensing regulations.
