Overtime: 1.5 times normal rate as per provincial regulations.

Benefits Package: 4% vacation pay will be paid each payday on a bi-weekly basis.

Language: English, Punjabi is an asset but not mandatory

Minimum Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.

Experience: 3-4 years of experience is required in the similar position.

Job Title: Associate Director

Job Location: Varies from contract to contract.

Job Duties:

·         Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department

·         Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations

·         Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies

·         Monitor attainment of objectives

·         Assists director in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees to help run the program.

·         Maintain calendars and schedule necessary meetings, calls, etc.

·         Reports to director with any issues, problems, updates, or questions.
