Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Personal Suitability: Client Focus, Effective Interpersonal Skills, Excellent Oral communication, Excellent written communication, Organized, Reliability

Work Setting: Urban Area

Sales Experience: Software

Computer and Technology Knowledge: Database management, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word

Specific Skills:

· Promote sales to existing client

· Identify and solicit potential clients

· Assess clients’ needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods and services

· Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or services

· Deliver sales presentations

· Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service

· Prepare and administer sales contracts

· Utilize sales/marketing software packages

· Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

· Resolve product and service-related problems

· Troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment.
