Based in Maple Ridge, BC, we offer FREE Same Day Delivery and are committed to assisting you in finding the perfect flowers to convey your message and elevate your special event. Our exquisite arrangements showcase the beauty of nature, and as a local florist dedicated to your satisfaction, you can always expect your needs to be treated with all the attention to detail they deserve.


Responsibilities:

-Design seasonal bouquets for various occasions such as anniversaries, weddings, and birthdays.

-Create bouquets, corsages, sprays, wreaths, and other floral arrangements for ceremonies, exhibitions, meetings, etc.

-Choose high-quality natural and artificial flowers, foliage, and decorative elements to craft unique arrangements.

-Set the tone and color palettes of seasonal floral products and bouquets

-Ensures the daily touch up of all displayed flower arrangements

-Engage with customers to understand their preferences and budget of the occasion. Provide recommendations on flower varieties, arrangements, and accessory options.

-Provide detailed information about flower varieties, appearances, scents, and care instructions to maximize enjoyment.

-Fulfil additional duties as delegated by management, which may include assisting with inventory management, and participating in promotional activities.

Qualifications: -Secondary school graduation certificate. -Training in floristry, floral design, creative arts, fine craft techniques, or related fields. -Demonstrated experience in floral design using various materials, including fresh flowers, plants, silk or dried flowers, and wood. -Knowledge of gardening, floral care, color theory, and spatial awareness for creating arrangements tailored to different occasions. -Flair for floral arranging, design and floral packaging standards. -Strong creative abilities showcased through a portfolio of work, with proficiency in safe material handling and equipment use. -No allergies to pollen or plant foliage. -Proper skills in using a floral knife and plant shears and manual dexterity. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
