Establish methods to meet work schedules, Supervise and co-ordinate

supplies, Hire food service staff, Ensure food service and quality control,

Address customers' complaints or concerns, Maintain records of stock,

repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Establish work

schedules
